I help people work through commercial leasing, building purchases and property sales in Missoula and Western Montana. My background in operations, engineering, technology and management means I look at a space through the lens of the business that needs to use it: how it works, what it costs, what needs to change and when it needs to be ready.

If you are looking for a business location, we can start with your operating needs and compare spaces against them. If you are considering owning a building, we can coordinate the property search with your lender and other advisers. If you are selling or leasing, we can organize the property information and discuss a marketing plan for the right audience. Business-related assignments need a clear scope and the appropriate legal, accounting and specialist support.

I also work with residential buyers and sellers. I am a third-generation Montanan and a second-generation real estate agent, proud to work alongside my mother, Shelly, and my sister, Ashley, at Missoula Realty. My work at Missoula Broadcasting Company and in technology keeps me connected to the practical challenges of running a local business.

For a business space, I start with the work that has to happen there: customers coming in, deliveries going out, equipment, parking, storage and the date you need to open. I arrange tours, compare rent or purchase terms and coordinate the use, financing and improvement questions with the people responsible.

For an owner selling or leasing a property, I gather the details a serious buyer or tenant will ask for, discuss pricing, arrange the marketing and handle inquiries, tours and negotiations. If a business transfer is involved, I establish what is included and coordinate with your attorney, accountant and lender. I can make those introductions if you need them.

I handle residential property too. I coordinate the pricing research, showings, offers, inspections and closing work, keeping the lender, other agent and title company on the same timeline.
