Founded by
Shelly Evans.
Shelly Evans opened Missoula Realty in June 2018. Born in Columbus and raised in Missoula, she built her real estate career in Western Montana before founding an independent brokerage of her own.
Today, Missoula Realty is a locally owned, woman-owned company where Shelly works alongside her son Tommy, daughter Ashley and the agents who make up the office.
You might be selling a home you have owned for decades, buying your first place or looking for room to grow a business. We start by sitting down with you. What are you trying to do? What worries you? What needs to happen before you can move? Those answers shape the work.
From there, we take on the calls, research, showings, offers and follow-up. We make lender and inspector introductions when needed, coordinate appointments, and keep the work of the other agent, lender and closing company tied to the contract dates. We explain the choices and tell you when something needs your decision. You have your agent’s direct number and Shelly here as Owner/Broker.
We’re here.
You can call us.
We live here, shop here and raise our families here. We care about the work we do because this is our community, too.
Missoula Realty is locally owned, not a national franchise. Shelly leads the brokerage from our South Reserve office. The people you meet here are the people handling your property and answering for the work.
We answer our own phones. There’s no chatbot or automated phone tree between you and our team. You have your agent’s direct number, and if you need to speak with the Owner/Broker, you can ask for Shelly.
