Shelly Evans

Born in Columbus Montana and raised in Missoula, Montana.

For you as a buyer or seller this means I understand Montana. In 2005 I became a realtor and received my broker license in 2011, and then in June of 2018 I opened Missoula Realty as the Owner/Broker.

Watching the joy of a first-time home buyer as they walk across the threshold of their first home or ranch makes me smile. I help people to realize their dreams of owning a home or investment property. I have weathered everything from helping people stay in their homes during more challenging times, by becoming an expert at short sales and bank owned properties. All of these experiences help clients during the buying or selling process. “I get things done so you can get some sleep….”

My education never stops. I am constantly learning all I can to help clients in today’s world. “I want to make sure I have an understanding of the variety of programs.”

My parents taught me to always work hard and give 100%. I believe if there is a will there is always a way to attain our dreams!
