About Me

Nina was born in Florida and has lived all over the country as well as two years overseas. After buying and selling a few of her own houses, she realized she loved the real estate industry, and obtained her license in 2003. As a former member of the military and later the railroad, she has been relocated many times and knows what it takes to help you and your family transition successfully. 

Nina continually strives to better herself through education and experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and several credits toward a graduate degree. Currently she holds both the e-PRO® and Military Relocation Professional certifications with the National Association of Realtors®.

Her many years of working with first-time home buyers gives her the experience to answer any questions and help guide you through the process. She has listed and sold many properties and will work with you to meet your goals. Once you’ve decided it’s time to sell, Nina can help you prepare your house for the market and make sure you have the information you need to ensure a worry-free transaction.
