Who we are
Missoula Realty was opened in 2018 by native Montanan, Shelly Evans.
Consisting of 16 agents with over 150 years of combined service in real
estate, we offer a boutique-style, one-on-one service that is unique in our industry.
Missoula Realty's goal is to provide your property with maximum
exposure to ensure we get the highest and best offer.
We are part of the Montana Reginal Multiple List Service which will
reach approximately 5000 Realtors and affiliates in Western Montana.

We will work with you on pricing your property, marketing your
property, negotiating with buyers, and ushering you through
the inspection and closing process.
Laws and regulations change which is why Missoula Realty values education. We take at least 12 hours of continued education annually, attend monthly meetings with other brokers around Missoula, and hold monthly educational office meetings.
